We even had a free room upgrade to a business suite which was a nice surprise , the room itself was clean large and very comfortable , bathroom was clean ,fresh towels daily. we had a problem with our room safe but the staff sorted it straight away within 5 mins of telling them. breakfast was the same as most amsterdam hotels tea, coffee, eggs cold meats bread, fruit and cereals but you could eat as much as you wanted and if you wanted scrambled eggs instead of the hard boiled you only had to ask the waiter and he gladlly arranged this . the location of the terminus is fab as its just behind the damrak on one side...
