I booked the Thirty Thirty hotel after looking on hotels.com and finding the pictures looked really nice.
I also checked on a popular review site and although reviews where slightly mixed, most enjoyed the hotel.
I had lost my bags on my flight to New York so whilst checking in at the hotel I told the reception about this and they were very helpful and reassuring.
My bags arrived the day after and I was informed of this straight away 10/10 for the reception staff.
The conceirge was also very helpful, directing us to the centre of new york and to a local restaurant.
The location of the hotel is not the best, the walk is around 15 minutes to the centre. But you do so much walking in New York anyway that you dont really notice it.
The actual room was fantastic, I'm not sure if it was because we had an end room but it was really big. The shower was very large and the bed was really comfy.
We never felt unsafe or threatened in the hotel or anywhere in New York.
If you do go to 30-30 and you need any advice, do not hesitate to ask reception or the conceirage as they are very helpful.
Overall the hotel gets 9/10 but value for money is 10/10 as I only paid around £60-70 per night.
