I did not enjoy staying at Thirty-Thirty Hotel. When we arrived there the desk gave us a dirty room and lied to us saying it was clean. When we were moved to a new room I noticed there were no toiletres such as soap which I thought was odd for a hotel. When we needed help with all are luggage the luggage man asked us to move them areselves and did not open the doorway for us to go through. I expect standard service at a three star hotel, however this location was far from adequate. The only positive aspects about this hotel was the high pressured showers and the location from the shopping district. I would recommend staying at a Days Inn rather than at Hotel Thirty-Thirty

Good start but you did not mention much about the amendities that they had to offer and what the room looked like etc. more information is needed for a higher rating. As for not getting help with cases, it did sound rude of him but I personally would rather carry my own case as I have arms and don't think it's deserving of tipping them for something you can do yourself.
