...detail about them but they are certainly worth visiting. If you need any information about Ushuaia or Patagonia, or indeed any place in Argentina, do check the website of the Argentinean consulate or better, go there, they are very helpful.
You can practice many sports, from skiing, to trekking, to fishing, climbing, canoeing, golf, diving… you can check this with the tourist centre, in the centre of town, which is full of useful leaflets packed with info about hotels, sports, excursions, restaurants and just about anything else. The people there were very friendly too.
I think that one of the best things to do and which you would be crazy not to do, is to take one of the many excursion that depart from the Bahía Ushuaia towards the Beagle Canal, the islands of penguins, "the lighthouse of the end of the world"… I cannot give all...

...I love Hyatt hotels and La Manga is no exception. I have also reviewed this in more detail on Trip Advisor.
LAs Lomas is the apartment complex owned by the Hyatt group at La Manga. Superb accommodation, great facilities, but pricey.
Recommend the Freedom packages if you are going to play golf or tennis. To be honest I wouldn't go there if it wasnt to play golf as there are nicer parts of Spain which are much better value.
Golf is fabulous, in particular the South copurse which will rtest the best golfers, frustrating most.
Food -- higly recommend Amapola in the hotel.
Si! is a good place to take the kids as it has a safe play area right next to the dining room....

...Tierra del Fuego is the southern province in Argentina. It’s that little boot that we can see clearly in the map.
Tierra del Fuego means “The Land of Fire” and it is believed to be named like that because of their amazing sunsets where the land and snow seems to catch fire and turn red.
Its capital, Ushuaia, is the southern city in the world and it is not famous because of that but because of all its beauty. Moreover, although its sounds like a desert place there are many things to do in there!
How to get there?
Ushuaia is 3.171 km from Buenos Aires so a coach is not a very good option if you are only interested in visiting ushuaia. But if you are planning to visit the Patagonia go for it, a coach will let you know what’s all about! Although the best thing is to hire a car, the roads there are empty, and when I say empty is empty...
