...Myself and my boyfriend Jamie stayed in Salzburg, Austria in January 2006. I booked the trip as a birthday present for Jamie and booked the hotel through www.tripadvisor.com which I found through the Google website, when I typed in the search option of Hotels in Salzburg.
The reason I booked Hotel Plainbrucke is that it looked nice from the pictures, the location seemed pretty central and the cost was affordable.
Location
Hotel Plainbrucke is located a 15 minute taxi journey from Salzburg Airport. We paid for a taxi when we arrived and it cost £15 euros. On the way back we decided to make use of the tram system which meant that our journey was free. The hotel is located about a 7 minute tram journey from town (bearing in mind there are lots of stops on the way). The hotel is the only hotel in the area of Itzling West...

...My boyfriend Jamie and I have just got back from a 5 day trip to Salzburg in Austria. I bought Jamie the trip to Austria as a present for his last birthday. Here I am reviewing the city of Salzburg.
Getting there
I booked my flights with Ryanair through the website which I found fairly easy to use. Baring in mind I actually booked the tickets in July 2006 so that prices may have changed since then, but I paid £87.02 for both of us for return flight which I thought was very reasonable. We flew from London Stansted and the flight took an hour and forty minutes.
Accommodation
We stayed at Hotel Plainbrucke which is located about 15 minute drive from the airport and a ten minute bus journey from the main town. When I was looking to book a hotel online there were lots to choose from so I can't see anyone having a problem trying...

Advantages: close to City centre, close ot bus routes, resonably priced Disadvantages: parking would have been a problem if driving to the hotel
...My girlfriend and I had a week in Salzburg Austria and we stayed at a lovely hotel called Hotel Plainbrucke.
I really think it merits a review to share this hotel with you and what I thought of it!
The Hotel is situated in the Itzling West area of Plainbrucke which is a small district of Salzburg. We landed at the Airport and from there we decided to take a taxi trip to the hotel which took us approx 10 -15 mins I guess.
This cost us 15 euros which isn't too bad, but later on we found out the bus journey would have been free!
Upon arrival, we went to the reception and received a warm welcome from the member of staff behind the desk. We were actually an hour early for check in and we explained this to the woman but this wasn't a problem to them and we were told that we could go straight to our room as it was ready for us which I...

My impressions of this game when I saw it advertised on the internet was that it looked like a completely different type of game that I'm used to seeing for the DS.
