    Disadvantages Disadvantages Unfriendly staff and very poor customer service

    After travelling extensively throughout Italy and being very happy with a variety of accomodations, this is the first hotel I would NOT recommend! Here's why: The listing for this property indicates Wireless Internet for guests; a service that was important for myself and my travelling companion and it was one of the reasons we selected this property. We asked the gentleman who checked us in (owner?) and who spoke very little English about this. He assured us, "no problem, no problem with internet connection". After settling in our room, we could not find a wireless connection. I went to the ... more
