When we were planning a visit to Cesky Krumlov, I did a thorough search of hotels in the town, and in the surrounding area. The hotels in the town itself didn't appeal much. Oh the prices were good and the locations were excellent, but because CK is such a prime example of a medieval city, it seemed to me that almost all the hotels were competing to see who could be the most rustic.
