Our ambition is to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible, before, during and after your visit.
Advantages: excellent transport system, loads to see and do Disadvantages: quite pricey
...We went to stockholm just before christmas, great time to go, we had the snow we wanted, but unlike Britain, stockholm did not grind to a halt! We got to the country very cheaply, we took advantage of ryan air's deals and flew for a penny both ways. Our hotel was an equivalent to a travel lodge in style, but we got excellent service. We were also give passes which gave us free entry into many museums, free tram and train journeys and some boat cruises. These were called metro passes (i think) you can look for them on the net. The city was beautiful, loads of pubs and nightlife. Everything was so clean and fresh. The christmas markets were lovely. The only downside was the cost of eating and drinking, unknown to us before we went the gov charges 25% tax on top of everything you buy, like vat but added on top of your final bill. Would...

Advantages: Beautiful City, easy to get around, most people speak English Disadvantages: can be rather expensive
...I lived in Stockholm for 2 1/2 years, and although I am English, my family and I found living there a lot easier than other foreign countries which have been graced by us.
If you plan to go on Holiday in Stockholm, then I can say, wise choice! Its a beautiful city with a lot of culture. But there are perhaps a few useful points that would be helpful to know, from my knowledge of living there.
Firstly, take a lot of money. The currency is Swedish Kroner, and things are expensive in Stockholm, compared to countries such as England or the USA.
There are a wide range of hotels to stay in. Such as the Sheraton, or the Embassy. However I would check each one out first, as prices vary.
There are many things to see and do in Stockholm, however they vary from each season. It tends to be extremely cold in winter time, with snow often arriving...

...Stockholm - what a beautiful city ! I have visited Stockholm twice for short breaks & I've fallen in love with it ! The city is actually many islands, so everywhere there is water. The summer days are long and warm - Stockholm is the Summer Night City of ABBA's song. The air is clean & fresh, the city is safe & friendly - it is literally a "breath of fresh air". There are lots of museums, plenty of good shops and great boat trips around the islands.
Sweden is expensive - particularly alcohol, so be prepared, but on balance, it is worth every penny, or Krona !...

My impressions of this game when I saw it advertised on the internet was that it looked like a completely different type of game that I'm used to seeing for the DS.
