Hotetur Lagomonte, Port Alcudia

...This hotel is very nice, set at the back of Alcudia away from the hustle bustle of the pubs in the centre. They have there own boating lake with an island in the middle where you can sunbathe in peace, it also has a bar on the island, this is across the road from the Hotel. There is a bridge across the lake to it. They have an outside bar and where you can get food aswell as a stage where entertainment goes on, and nearby is the outside swimming pool. There is plenty of dry and wet entertainment through the day and night. There is a very good childrens club that interacts with the self catering complex down the road The Bellvue apartments. They go out on trips with their reps to a local childrens bar on a sunday, where all the clubs in Alcudia bring the kids for lunch and to play games and watch films. The kids are so... Read review

...I have read so many bad reviews about Bellevue but I had a great time there. I went in June 2008 for 2 weeks self catering. When we arrived we were on the 2nd floor in Minerva. I breathed a huge sigh of relief to find the apartment was very clean and the towels were changed about 4 times each week. It was only 5-10 minutes to the bars and restaurants or you could walk 30 minutes to the port or catch a bus. It's a very british resort so you can get all kinds of english food as well as the paella of course! I would recommend self catering as there didn't look to be too much choice for the all inclusive guests. Alcudia beach is absolutely gorgeous and only 15 minutes walk or you can catch a boat from the hotel complex. Great cheap holiday and plenty of supermarkets to buy cheap booze!... Read review

...i went here a few years ago with my parents, brother and sister. the first thing i remember is that the canals in alcudia smell really bad at night! no reflection on the apartments, thats just alcudia! the actual apartments were basic self catering, clean and nice maids. there are a quite a few pools and you can use any you like, so obviously the kids love that. not too far to walk to the beach, and you can also hire bikes and take them outside the complex. the staff were really friendly and helpful, and the lifts and that were clean and always working - very unusual! alcuai itself is good for families, as its not too quiet but not like magaluf either! iwouldnt want to go now with my mates, but if i had kids i would take them there....
