I visited House of Fraser (it used to be called Kendalls) in Manchester a few months ago. As soon as I entered House of Fraser, I was followed around by several security guards. One of them was quite threatening and kept on just stopping in front of me and staring at me. I was so upset that I complained to the House of Fraser store manager in writing. He contacted the firm that runs the House of Fraser security services, AFC Group (www.afcgroup.co.uk). The director of AFC Group told me that I had made up the entire incident. When I asked for a copy of the security tapes, I was told by AFC Group that they had been deleted. Needless to say that I decided never ever to visit a House of Fraser department again.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines

You are obviously annoyed about what happened here, but this is a consumer site, so in a category on a shop people want to know more about what they sell, prices, stock etc - staff is just one part of this.

Welcome to Ciao. This sounds like a really bad experience and is certainly relevant to the review. However, yo get higher ratings you need to discuss the store itself, the range of goods it sells, the prices, its locations etc.... Let me know if you update and I will re-rate @:-).
