A very nicely laid out store which is easy to navigate. The escalators are placed very nicely in front of a large window to the rear of the store which offers some nice (ish) views.
Now, the Store I found the electronics/ technical part very useful and helpful on two occasions. I found they had a good selection of products and on both occasions I was able to find something there that I couldn't find anywhere else in Guildford. This was a laptop bag (a certain one), and an MP3 Player case. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This store seems to always be busy and seems to be very popular yet once you go away from the ground floor, thee shop does seem a lot quieter and less crowded.

Well they sell all the normal things a department store would - Womens Clothes, Mens Clothes Childrens Clothing, Perfume, Home items etc.
I can't remember, I though I mentioned it but the prices are reasonable and similar to other shops.
