Advantages: Histerically Funny Disadvantages: Might not be your taste
I have always enjoyed watching stand up and happily spend many evenings with the other half, falling asleep giggling to something silly. My favourite comedians include, Bill Bailey, Eddie Izzard, Jim Davidson, Lee Evans and Tim Minchin.
While browsing through HMV a few weeks ago, making a few usual impulse buys in the hope of finding something good, I spotted Russell Howard's "Live" DVD. The name rang a bell and I briefly remembered seeing a 2 minute clip of Russell on youtube and finding it funny. So the DVD was brought for 9.99.
If you have never seen Russell Howard before or seen any of his material, I can only describe him as being hysterically funny with a boyish charm. His youthful physical appearance, accompanied by a very cheeky grin really add to the already funny material he produces. He is very active and almost hyper ...
Advantages: So much to see and do, lots of things are cheap. Disadvantages: Not enough time to do it all, some big costs.
. The novelty here is the start of the roller coaster, not content with a big drop like normal coasters, this actually shoots you into the coaster at around 0-60mph in 3 seconds. The feeling is awesome. There are twists and loops and an amazing drop, all culminating in a screech of brakes and the inevitable rush to get back in the queue.
Dr. Dooms fear fall is a simple idea for a ride. Sit in the seat, attached to a 180-foot vertical tower, and be catapulted into the air at amazing speed before shooting back down. It left my stomach way behind me and the view was as good as anything in Orlando.
The Spiderman ride was among my favourites. It used the same 3D effects as the Terminator ride at Universal Studios, but adds the great idea of a ride. You travel along in the car, but seeing 3D images all the time, at the end you feel like you are ...
