I ate in this restaurant about 6 weeks ago.
It is situated on Wardour Street which is just off Oxford Street and is an easy walk from Tottenham Court Road, Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square and Oxford Street tube stations. Hummus brothers is the first restaurant dedicated to hummusThe Decor

The Food
Now for the most important bit.
This restaurant is based on hummus. All the main dishes are hummus with different toppings. They have a good range of different topping including chicken, beef, fava beans and chickpeas. These are served with either 1 or 2 pittas and there is a choice of wholemeal or white bread. There are also wheat-free and gluten-free options. You can also add an extra pitta for 50p. You can swap a pitta for carrot sticks or a chopped onion. You can also add pine nuts or a hard boiled egg.
You can also buy pots of hummus and various toppings to take away.
To go with this there are salads and mixed pickles. There is also a dessert menu where you can have ice cream, a chocolate brownie or malabi which is a traditional Mediterranean dessert.
There is a good range of soft drinks and juices and the standard tea coffee and hot chocolate. They also sell Innocent Smoothies and herbal teas. No alcohol though.
I had the chicken topping any my date had a duck topping which I think was a special so I'm not sure that they have it all the time. We also had 1 pitta and a portion of carrot sticks each. They were both absolutely delicious and really tasty. They are very filling as well so unfortunately we didn't have room for dessert.
The Price
This place is excellent value for money. Main courses cost from £2.50 (lunchtime) or £3.50 (teatime and Saturday) to £5 (lunchtime) or £6 (teatime and Saturday)
The desserts are from £1 (lunchtime) to £2.50 (teatime and Saturday) and the main courses are so filling that you probably won't need one. The drink are about £1 or £2 depending on what you have.
The hummus pots to take away start at £1.50 for a small tub. The topping start at £1 for chick pea topping and go up to £2.50 for the chicken and beef toppings.Overall
I would definitely recommend this place as the food is delicious and very good value for money. The waiters are gorgeous and the food is very filling.
The only downside is that if you don't like hummus there aren't really any alternatives.

Specialized in hummus this restaurant has a relaxed ambient with a simple decoration. The extraordinarily friendly staff serves you in the large tables (that you share with other people) after preparing the food in an open kitchen.
=== The food ===
The food is excellent. Basically are hummus specialities with another ingredient like chicken, beef, guacamole, beans, etc an served with pita bread. There are also some optional toppings ... ...like specially the "guacamole" that come with avocado, tomato, pepper and onion (and hummus, of course). There also available some salads as side dishes.
The drinks are really good and in addition to the usual soft drinks and smoothies there are some "home made" beverages really tasty (I really love their Aloe Vera juice).
The dessert menu has also some interesting choices like the "malabi" (a milk-based dessert with honey).
