From the moment you arrive at the impressive front entrance with its long sweeping driveway you can tell that this hotel has 'class'.
Situated on the edge of Hua hin (yet easily reached by foot in 15/20 minutes) the complex has low rise beautiful accomodation set around stunning gardens and pools and across from the enormous free form swimming pool (which has a wicked steep slide..not for the faint hearted!) lies a gorgeous stretch of white ... ...the gigantic golden statue of Buddha which towers over the rocky headland.The local monks will be glad to see you and you can have them pray with you and give you a twisted coloured rope bracelet which is supposed to keep you from harm and bring you peace.
Turn left and you can walk into town,this will take you close to the King of Thailands Royal Palace (who holidays here).

Situated on the edge of Hua hin (yet easily reached by foot in 15/20 minutes) the complex has low rise beautiful accomodation set around stunning gardens and pools and across from the enormous free form swimming pool (which has a wicked steep slide..not for the faint hearted!) lies a gorgeous stretch of white powdery sand.Turn right on the beach and your'e headed for the gigantic golden statue of Buddha which towers over the rocky headland.The local monks will be glad to see you and you can have them pray with you and give you a twisted coloured rope bracelet which is supposed to keep you from harm and bring you peace. Turn left and you can walk into town,this will take you close to the King of Thailands Royal Palace (who holidays here). Although no golf course of their own they have arrangements with the local courses which are challenging and so beautiful.The staff are smart and very helpful. A choice of eateries from cafe poolside (excellent value) to 5 star Thai gives you so many options.A few tips;Everything is around a quarter of the hotel price if you go into town / you can get fantastic clothes made to measure from the shopping area...the best we found was the Hong Kong tailors (if you can guess where they are from you'll get a discount too (sssh its Nepal !).Kick boxing / ladyboy cabaret club (my wife loved it!) night markets /Hua Hin has it all and lets face it.... If it's good enough for the King ??
