What woudl you expect of a 5 star hotel in central London. If you have the cash then this is a great place to stay. Located off Park Lane, it's 5 star all the way, you may even bump into a visiting celebrity or three..! The rooms are pretty spacious, room service quick and tasty, plus all the faciltiies you'd expect.. One downside, apart from the price is the lack of a friendly atmosphere which does tend to be lacking at the larger chain hotels (Apart from the Sheraton chain..). Of course unless you've the money to make a difference, you may feel that you're not being looked after as well as the millionaire stood next to you at check-in... but at least you can live like a King for a few days!
ok, here goes: You didnt actually mention the price of anything, what about the views from your room window, what are they like?, are their lifts for disabled users?, is there a hotel bar or restuarant, what's the food like? Is there a car park to park your car or is it based on the front of a busy road (you could tie this into whether you had a good night's sleep and what the noise levels were like). What additional facilities do they have? do they have a swimming pool, suana, pool room? Is there a TV in each room?, does this have cable? You can see where i'm going, the list is endless. I lot of people reading your review would be pondering some of these questions and you haven't answered them. Thats the reason why it's been mostly rated as 'somewhat helpful'. Cheers..
