I'm a first time mum in her thirties, married and currently working part-time as a computer programmer. I love reading fictional novels especially by authors, Patricia Cornwell, Lee Child and of course JK Rowling!

This is an excellent 4 star hotel offering a very comfortable half board service. Although I stated as a disadvantage that it caters for mainly German and Spanish guests, I had no trouble with this at all. All the staff speak a modicum amount of English and all are very willing to help you in any way.
This was our first holiday with our son who was 11 months at the time and we were concerned how we might fare. The staff of the hotel couldn't have been more helpful to us and assisted us at mealtimes and by the pool.
The amenities at the hotel are incredible, from having the choice of three pools, one of which overlooks the beach and lights up at night, to an array of beauty and health treatments available at a modest charge. Another perk at the hotel is having a sun lounger reserved in your name for your entire stay at the hotel. Very helpful when you have children with you!
The dining was superb with a huge range at both breakfast and dinner. There was a speciality dish or theme each night from Spanish or Canarian cuisine and a choice of a variety of meats, vegetables, starters and sweets.
The hotel itself is only 50 meters from the fantastic beaches of Playa del Ingles. There was entertainment provided every night in the hotel, with at least two showcases each week.
The rooms are large enough to hold 2 twin beds and in our case a travel cot provided by the hotel. The rooms are very clean and neat and have a balcony with a superb sea view. The bathroom has a large bath and power shower, twin basins and loo. There is also a hairdryer provided.
Cleaning of the room is daily and there is also a laundry serive at an additional cost.
All in all this was a great holiday, made so much easler by a pleasant and helpful staff.
