The chic Carracci is named after the family of artists who decorated the premises with frescoes. The service is impeccable. The elegant dining room dates from the 16th century, with ceiling frescoes of the seasons painted in the 1700s by the Carracci brothers. The seasonal menu features the freshest produce and highest-quality meat, poultry, and fish. Dishes we've enjoyed are tortellini in brodo (broth), tagliatelle in ragout, veal scallop alla bolognese, wild boar cacciatore, and grilled salmon filet. The wine list is among the region's finest.
