I had been waiting for this day for some time. My 18 month contract with T-Mobile is coming up for renewal next week, however having had problems gaining reception in my area I'd opted to look elsewhere for a new contract. Not only was I looking for a new mobile contract, but also a replacement MP3 player so the Apple iPhone seemed ideal. I made plans to purchase the iPhone and on the evening of release made my way down to the nearest O2 store upon finishing work, bagging myself my very own iPhone at a price of £269. Although the price did seem a little steep, especially considering that I would be paying out a further £35 a month for the contract ...

iPhone. The greatest device since GSM was first created? Yes and No. I've had the iPhone for just over 4 months and I have mixed feelings over the device. I used ZiPhone to unlock mine from AT&T in the US for use in Ireland.

The chic Carracci is named after the family of artists who decorated the premises with frescoes. The service is impeccable. The elegant dining room dates from the 16th century, with ceiling frescoes of the seasons painted in the 1700s by the Carracci brothers. The seasonal menu features the freshest produce and highest-quality meat, poultry, and fish. Dishes we've enjoyed are tortellini in brodo (broth), tagliatelle in ragout, veal scallop alla bolognese, wild boar cacciatore, and grilled salmon filet. The wine list is among the region's finest.
