Iberia was ONE of the best airlines some years back but because of the lack of services and many times luggage is lost it has become a major dissapointment.
I used to travel and still do with Iberia since they are cheaper then other airlines (When I usually travel), food used to be free onboard but now you have to pay around 5 pounds for a little menu (8 euros) and the worst thing is that in economy class the seats are so close together that you dont have enough leg space, and that really is a pain especially when your big or tall.
It happened twice that I lost my luggage with Iberia and they brought it 3 days after and they didnt give any sort of money or gift , they lack very badly in services and the seating is very bad, especially if your travelling economy.
I suggest people not to travel economy with Iberia because its pretty uncomfortable and the service is bad but other then that its a quite fine airline.
