Advantages: The weather, the people, the scenery, the hotel, the sea, the fish....
Disadvantages: Can get very hot in the summer period!

..., there was nothing in sight but desert. No buildings, no roads, no trees, no lakes, no rivers, just desert. I could actually see the viens of rivers that had dried out. The tributaries and main river patterns had left marks in the desert, but there was no water running through them. The flight was around 5 hours from Manchester Airport and landing in Sharm El Sheikh airport. When stepping off the plane I was hit by a sudden rush of heat, it was beautiful. The hotels in Sharm El Sheikh are extremely grand and are mostly all-inclusive. Our hotel (Iberotel Club Fanara) was beautiful. My family have no complaints on our accommodation, just points to praise about. We were one family of very few english people, and that is just what my family wanted, no offence but us English people can be really embarrassing on holiday. The hotel was eye catching... ...What a wonderful, relaxing holiday we had in the Iberotel Palace. It was our first Thomson Holiday and definitely won\'t be our last. The hotel was so clean and welcoming all staff were charming and couldn\'t do enough for us. The Thomson Rep Che was marvelous and determined that your holiday would be one to remember. The private beach was on our doorstep, we never had a problem getting a sun bed and clean towels were provided every day. There were so many activities on the beach you could hire canoes, pedalos, catamarans or take a ride on a banana boat and these activities were all affordable (great if you have a hoard of children, or want to play at being a child yourself, which is what we did)! Alternatively, you could relax on your sun bed and soak up the sunshine without worrying about hawkers which tend to parade around many... Read review
