The reception are is a bit dated, but arguably so are all hotels in France. The reception staff speak numerous languages and seemed happy to converse ... ...hotel is over about 11 floors and all floors are served by one of three lifts so waiting times are kept to a minimum. Each floor is based around a square doughnut, the quiet rooms with no view are on the inside, the view and the sirens are on the outside. Last year they fitted triple glazing and unless your a very light sleeper you can't hear the noise anymore.
