When I first went in there I was given a card with the wrong room number on it and had to trek all the way upstairs and could not get into the room, so that was a waste of time.
Now the food is something else! Very poor selection, and quite often there was no cutlery available. Breakfast I had to have just sausages and bread, apart from cereal there was nothing else. The eggs looked like some kind of dehydrated wafer.
Got charged for things I did not pay for, staff told me they could not tell me what they were for but that I had to pay them. I said I would not stay at the hotel again and he said "FINE, if that is what you want".
