Advantages: Absolutley brilliant hotel Disadvantages: None
I stayed here in October\November 2006 as part of a two centre stay in Thailand.
The hotel was wonderful and the staff were so welcoming and accommodating. We managed to dine in each of the restaurants within the hotel (there are 6 in total if you don't count the Parkview which is also used as the main breakfast area). Check out the Japanese restaurant on the 37th floor. The views from here are amazing. The standard of food in each one was amazing, ... ...swimming pools - one on the fourth floor and one on the 9th - as well as a gym. A night-time dip before dinner was wonderful
It was close to the skytrain as well so most of Bangkok was easily accessible to us and they arranged for us to have a guide take us to the Golden Palace at a much cheaper rate than our holiday company were able to do.

Advantages: excellent food, good rooms, good pool Disadvantages: none really

As a fairly regular visitor to Bangkok, I always book flights and then sort out my own accommodation rather than get a package deal. Accommodation is cheap and plentiful there, we're talking £10 - £15 per night for what might equate to a three star... more
I choose this hotel as a result of a special offer on 'asiarooms'. On arrival we were promptly shown to our room by a very helpful member of staff.
The Deluxe room was a lot bigger tahn other hotels I have stayed in. However, it did seem a little... more
