Advantages: Perfection on every level. Disadvantages: We don't live closer.
a doorway and with a few flickering candles in the window adjacent to it with a menu outside so we thought we would take a chance and give it a go.
The restaurant we had stumbled across was called Den Dyver. After a quick look at the simple yet elegant menu we opened the heavy oak door to be greeted with the smell of wood smoke and air of mouth watering flavours rising from the kitchen. The Maitre D' hurried across to us filled with enthusiasm and an overwhelming sense that nothing was going to be too much trouble that day.
We were offered a seat inside the restaurant which was very aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The room featured large oak tables and chairs and a huge fire place with candles hidden in little alcoves in the wall, the room certainly had a magical feel about it. However as we were there for lunch and it was midday ...

Giants den
Huge warehouse on the easily found Team Valley trading Estate, this has been opened a few years now, and is usually busy?one of those places to go to when it's raining and you need something to amuse the kids.
The whole area is divided into sections for under 2s, which is basically ball pools and Little vehicles to drive in a specially enclosed area, an area for under 5s, which is more of the same but with some slides and climbing frames added, and then there is the real "I am" things. These include a giant slide 3 storey climbing frame, as many nets and tunnels as you can negotiate, basketball area (there are coaching nights), PS2 and x box areas complete with some of the latest games and a mini village with small road system. Definitely something for everything if nerves can take it!!

Manufacturer's product description
You'd swear you're in the country at the "Rest Some," but then, back in the 16th century, this thatched farmhouse-style restaurant used to be an inn. Patron/cuisinier Marcel van Zomeren has turned it into one of the city's top establishments. Using only the freshest organic ingredients, he keeps himself and his staff inspired by constantly adapting the menu to seasonal produce. A salad of Bresse pigeon breast with poached quail's eggs and a ravioli of pigeon and goose liver is an example of a starter, which could be followed by crisp sautéed sea bass filet on a bed of warm tomatoes and young vegetables. Van Zomeren insists he has no specialties, and that everything he prepares meets his high standards.
