We had booked five deluxe (so called) rooms in the hotel. each room costs about 950 bucks (pretty costly for the service and quality). ...much delay at around 7.30 am we were given 2 uncleaned rooms for freshening up (rooms were in pathetic condition and we were 14 ppl). The management told us that the cleaning ladies would come only after 8.30 am and so we will have to manage with those rooms only.
