AWFUL. Reservations were made months in advance for double beds and we (about 6 rooms) got kings. Bride-to -be had to sleep on the floor. Breakfasts were comped next AM but the breakfast bar worker had the personality of a lizard and was beyond rude. If you have to be somewhere on time, count on a 22 minute wait for the lift. At the Indigo, filthy linens in huge rolling bins are far more important passengers than their paying guests. The truth hurts the nasty staff at the Indigo. I wouldn't let my DOG stay there. Midtown is full of other nice hotels whose staff is well trained and professional in mannerism and competent. STAY AWAY! PS..I was prompted by fellow Ciao members to comment on facilities, etc. What is the point? Who wants to visit /lodge at a place filled with ill-mannered staff ? If one cares to subject self to such arrogance, the Indigo is a so-so place with homeless people sleeping all around the vicinity, it is on the cusp of midtown and downtown. Parking is $18 per night per vehicle and confusing to locate where to turn in to the parking area since the huge sign reads Georgian Terrace Parking Only and in small letters Indigo parking.
