You will feel infused with excitement!

Advantages: Great, exciting unique rollercoaster
Disadvantages: Head is thrown about a bit-worth it though

Infusion is Blackpool's newest attraction which cost £8 million to construct. The new blue and turquoise Infusion ride was designed by the Dutch Vekoma group.
It replaced the Pleasure Beach's popular Log Flume which was retired after almost 40 years.

Immesrse Your Senses

Advantages: Looks Great, Rides Good, Great For Pleasure Beach
Disadvantages: Can Be Rough In Places

Pleasure Beach Resort (ala Pleasure Beach Blackpool, Blackpool Pleasure Beach etc) has played homage to many traditional and coming of age attractions since it first opened its gates in the late 1800's. Amongst other things the park leads its valley fair with some of the greatest wooden roller coasters on the planet, and thus can also boast about being in connection with some of the greatest roller coaster designers the world has ever seen (Charles ...

Infusion is the latest in the generation whirlwind of coasters to hit the shores of Blackpool. The £8million Vekoma designed Suspended Looping Coaster (SLC) had previously been in operation ...

Brilliant new addition to the pleasure beach

Advantages: Tummy turning and fast
Disadvantages: shame the classic log flume had to go for it!

Infusion is the newest ride at the Pleasure beach - I say newest but, it has been there for just over two years now! As anyone will probably know who reads my reviews I do love the Pleasure beach and I remember quite clearly when I found out that the ride being built in the old log flume area was a coaster, I was very excited and followed it’s progress until it opened. This is one of my other favourite rides in the park along with the Big One and ...
...it? The ride is located in between the Big One and the Big Dipper coaster. The Ride sits on the old site of the log flume. It is very easy to spot as it is a bright blue colour. It is in a central position of the whole park and so whichever entrance you enter the park through you will have to walk to the middle of the park to get to it. What kind of ride is it? It is a suspended looping coaster which means riders sit with their legs dangling and ...

Blackpool pleasure beach, great day out

Advantages: great rides
Disadvantages: expensive entry and food

blackpool pleasure beach is great to go to and with the new ride infusion just opened why not go, there is lots of great rides, areas seperate for younger children. i have been quite a few times, the rides are great, when there open, we went in november when only half the park was open for £15 pound it wasnt bad however with the high winds most of the rides were closed. i also went in febuary, that was great, £15 and the whole park was open, allthough the queues were big that day we did get round most of the rides, we only queue'd 45mins for the big one! now onto the rides, the white knuckle rides they have are: pepsi max the big one, bling, ice blast, infusion and valhalla. we had to find our way there and back and with no car it was suprisingly easy, theres trains which drop you off within 5mins walkin distance(right next to ...

Blackpool Pleasure Beach Awesome

Advantages: AWESOME Rides
Disadvantages: Q's And Cost

but was used in the war for the soldiers to relax in. Soon after the war ended the park flourished and grew in popularity and the amount of attractions. The era of 1960 saw the coming of the log flume which has recently been demolished to make way for infusion. Present Era Since the 1980?s Blackpool Pleasure beach has become one of Britain?s most visited attraction. This has happened because of some of the amazing rides Blackpool has made which has dazzled the UK. This era of white knuckle rides started in 1990 which saw the coming of park developments ready for the Pepsi max which opened its doors in 1994 and stands at a staggering 230 ft high! Not long after the Max went up in 1997 the Ice Blast went up, literally. It shoots riders vertically 210 ft up, only to come back down free fall style. The next big new ride was ...

Blackpool Pleasure Beach....A Real Pleasure!

Advantages: Fantastic rides, fairly cheap, clean and tidy, a brilliant day out
Disadvantages: Some of the rides a bit uncomfortable, have to pay extra for some things

, before dropping straight back to the ground again, which has the same effect! I think it goes up and down around 3 times, and as much as I love rides like these, I did feel a bit queasy when I came off it! But it's great and people will love it. Also, the queue time for this was good. 9/10. INFUSION This is the ride that is on every advert advertising Blackpool Pleasure Beach and so the first time I visited I expected HUGE queues. The queue, however, was fine - we got on the ride in about 15 minutes (which is incredibly quick compared to the hours you wait at other themeparks!). Infusion is definitely not for the faint-hearted, but the downside is it is over VERY quickly. You are strapped in so that your legs are dangling, so make sure your shoes are secure or leave them at the station! I loved this ride and went on it time after ...
