We booked a skiing holiday with Inghams to Andoora and found the whole process to be very good. When we booked through a travel agent the people taking the booking were very helpful and advised on various aspects of the holiday. As it was a skiing holiday we were not at first sure what ski packages to take out but they advised th at we could do this later for a small admin fee of £4 (was it worth it?).
We got the tickets in good time although these were not straight forward and it took a bit of time to work out which was for whom and what. This was still a problem when we arrived at the resort asthe reps could not work out the ski pass allocation at first and I had to explain it. As we had arrived early in the afternoon we were told on our coach transfer that we could pick our ski's up later in the afternoon but as the rep was not from our resort she did not know where from. There was no one in the hotel that could help but we did sort it out quite quickly.
The reps in the resort were very helpful once we knew how to contact them and they were not at all pushy on the excursions and even laid on a couple of free evenings entertainment which is nice to have. The standard of accomodation was excellent and the food brilliant (Hotel el pirinue nee le alba) and was an excellent choice with a good location central to the resort although up a slight hil which was a bit of a pain at the end of a days skiing.
Overall a very good package holiday and if our experience is anything to go by I would recommend booking a skiing holiday with Inghams as they made sure you were getting on OK and that everything was OK without being in your face all the time or constantly after money to go on excursions.
