Advantages: Price, Modern, No Fuss Disadvantages: Limited dining options for sole traveller, limited reception support
...did make me feel that Innkeepers staff are well versed in providing a consistent level of customer service and my brief interactions with the reception staff certainly backed this up. They took care to explain security, meal times etc, and were more than willing to help with luggage, despite the fact I had a total of five bags and there is no lift! On the second occasion when booking via web I did request a ground floor room and this request was ... ...on business from selecting an Innkeepers Lodge. Summing Up

I most certainly would stay at an Innkeepers Lodge again, especially suitable for leisure bookings and families, taking advantage of the special deals that they run from time to time. Advantages: Clean, comfortable, unfussy, economical Disadvantages: Under the Heathrow flight path so can be a little noisy at times
...have to say that the Innkeepers Lodge would be my preference.
My main reason for this is that the rooms at the Innkeepers Lodge are comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated whilst retaining a bright and airy atmosphere. I find that the rooms in the premier inns and travel lodges are too basic and lack character perhaps bordering on the clinical at times.
Considering that the Inkeepers Lodge is attached to and part of the Toby Carvery I think ... ...The close proximity of the Innkeepers Lodge to both the M4 (you can see the roundabout on Junction 5 from the car park) and the M25 (one junction down on the M4) and to most forms of public transport (there is a bus stop outside the Carvery and Langley Train Station (on the mainline to Paddington) is only 1.5 miles down the road, though for quick access to London it is better to travel into Slough (only 2 miles or 15 minutes by bus) to catch the ...

Avoid this hotels internet like the plague! the WIFI is supplied by a company called CLOUD, they charge 10 pounds per 24 hours.. total rip off, my friend stayed there who came from norway and was not impressed at all , he is a student so needed internet, also the internet was slow and often disconnected, also the cups in the room were dusty and not washed properly.. not good value for money

Where not to stay
Location perfect - hence the 2. Food - little choice, lacking in imagination (mash potatoes, mouldy bread). Staff underpaid (and months in arrears, some rude, mostly untrained, lacking managagement - except for bar manager. All... more
