Advantages: Location only 60 yards from Old Town Square.
Disadvantages: Best to be shown to room on arrival.

...then a couple of rooms then another office. Quite strange until you get used to it, but still seemed safe and secure. It seems to be a 19th Century Building but at the same time the interior seems very modern indeed. The double room we had was very spacious although of a more triangular shape than square. The breakfast room was on the Ground Floor in the Tete a Tete restaurant. A cut above most breakfast rooms. Comfortable tables and chairs. Breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of options including some very delecious hand made items. Lovely eggs with interesting filling. in addition to the staples. As said the location could not be better as most of life revolves around the Old Town Square, this is where most of the Restaurants seem to be.. Wroclaws other attractions are also within easy reach if the Square is your starting point... Read review

Advantages: Friendly people, enjoying yourself at very reasonable cost.
Disadvantages: Lard Sandwiches at Spitz with your beer if on a diet.

...We visited Wroclaw for the second time this June. we were a group of 3 couples, all enjoyed it. The Airport is only a £9 ride from the town (40 to 50 zaloties), easy transfer. Or about 3 zaloties if you use the town bus. The main points of interest are in the Centre or Old Town, so hotels in this area are best to save time traveling. Even if not a gardener (I am not , my wife is) the BOTANICAL GARDENS are an excellent treat, they are attached to the University, and are the best we have visited. Entrance 7 Zaloties. The Panorama Painting of a battle against the Russians is a truly wonderful experience. Timed entry required so book ahead if possible. You walk up into the centre of the building and are surrounded by this 110 meter painting. Hand set supplied to give a talk thru the painting. The OLD TOWN Square is a must ,hard to see which... Advantages: PRICE and LOCATION

...HOTEL POLONIA. We group of 3 couples stayed for 3 nights in June 2007. Price for double room with breakfast for 3 nights was £78. Renovated rooms used. Large Rooms, clean but basic. Bathrooms large and excellent, plenty of hot water for strong showers. Breakfast good, plenty of breads, Cheese, meats, scrambled eggs and hot sausage. Tea/Coffee/Chocolate/Iced Water and juices. Located on main street try for rooms facing inner courtyard nice and quite. Hotel has lifts, but also Large Staircases, in fact the main impression is large, corridors, I would like to know moor of the history. Very good Hotel Restaurant. Beer at Hotel 6 zaloties £1.10) per half litre. Because of size and price does attract stag parties , mainly weekends. But would use this Hotel again. Only 15 min stroll to Old Town Square.
