If Jazz is your thing, then like me a Jazz festival is a must see event. In Edinburgh you can combine the pleasure of Jazz, a beautiful city, and of course Scottish hospitality. The Edinburgh Festival consists of 70 events and covers a period of 10 days, this year the event runs from July 28th to August the 6th. All music tastes are catered for from New Orleans to the avant garde. One of our favourite events is a trip to the Spiegeltent. For only £5.00, a ticket can be bought for this attraction situated on Princes Street. We relaxed listening to the music and enjoyed a few light and not so light refreshments, and if your lucky you may even mix with the stars of the festival, both relaxing and occasionally jamming. Open until 11.00pm, try and pre book tickets and you will be rewarded with a night to remember.
