Advantages: great galleries, relatively undiscovered Disadvantages: accommodation is pricy
..., there are touts offering you accommodation from the second that you step onto the platform, and these should be avoided, especially as accommodation near the station is pricier than accommodation elsewhere, although in comparison with other Eastern European cities, Zagreb is not that cheap. This is partially attributable to the fact that the Croatian government tries to get cheaper foreign currency into the country by overvaluation of the Kuna. You are likely to spend around HRK 300 for a basic single room in the city centre (whereas in Slovenia you will probably only pay half of this), and obviously rooms at the more luxurious chains (such as the Inter Continental and the Sheraton) are a lot steeper.

Advantages: pretty E. European city Disadvantages: pretty similar to others on Balkan
...countries is cheap. But in Slovenia you can get accommodation double cheap, comparing to Zagreb. Croatia in general is a highly recommendable holiday destination, with its stunning coast (Istria and Dalmatia), with over 1000 islands to view and lovely Mediterranean climate, while Zagreb is a business center that looks up to Vienna (one day!).
FESTIVAL

Zagreb Film Festival takes place in October 2005 and present films by studio or independent filmmakers of a three-category: feature film, short film and documentary film and other aspects of the film and multimedia projects. The festival was held in Zagreb Student Center and it had various supporting program, with book promotions, film and cultural projects as well as the multimedia presentations and entertainment...

'International Superhits' was released in late 2001, a greatest hits compilation album featuring two new songs also. The two new songs are those of 'Maria' and 'Poprocks & Coke', neither of which I find to be particularly enjoyable; the rest of the album more
