The food servers are very nice and courteous. They have their ready smiles and they never tire checking on the customers. I think this is one of the best reasons why customers love going back to IHOP.
Advantages: Easy transport links, nearby airports, great attractions for all the family, shopping, swimming, sports, sun, sea and sand Disadvantages: can be very crowded at the theme parks in peak time, can also be quite expensive however depends on where you stay and when you go
Kingdom, MGM, Epcot and Animal Kingdom) and the Universal theme parks (Universal and Island of Adventures) and Seaworld. plus all of the water parcs including the four situated in Disney and the famous wet n' wild. these attractions all have deals going on throughout the year and you can get combo packages to suit your needs.
If theme parks aren't your things then there are plenty of other things to do such as golf, sailing, wind surfing, visitng the swamps and the all important shopping. The Orlando mall offers a large array of shops that will get the kids shouting for toys.
Dining also can be an experience and a half, be it the cheap but wonderful meals at the IHOP (internationalhouse of pancakes) or the Olive Garden, right through to the five star dining of restaturants in the city or at the Disney resorts.

PLACES TO EAT
You won't get any of the following in Disney I know for a fact all these can be found on the 192 but they're all chains and many are on International Drive.
Perkins - best pancakes and wonderful fresh cakes and pastries which you can either eat in or take home with you,
IHOP - InternationalHouse of Pancakes - don't go here, often loos are not very clean and pancakes are not the best
Dennys - sort of Little Chef meets Wimpy in a 50's era design.
Arby's - a healthier McDonald's were they cut the meat to order although you still get chips... their Roast Beef Sub is delicious.
Taco Bell - a Mexican McDonalds. Yummy but full of E numbers!
Cracker Barrel - I think this is based back to the Amish community? Home cooked fresh food 'Like Mom used to make ...
Advantages: Pretty much perfection Disadvantages: Rains alot!

The Cactus Club ? a Canadian chain like Milestones, but both have individual style. Cactus have more of a Hispanic flavour, second best place for bellinis!
Brothers ? fab food, cheap and served by men dressed as monks ? in Gastown.
IHOP ? InternationalHouse of Pancakes ? outside the Metrotown shopping mall. Famous for pancakes as the name suggests but also does a mean t-bone steak.
Red Robin ? traditional North American grub with ?bottomless? fries and soft drinks.
The Blarney Stone and Purple Heather ? 2 lively Irish bars in Gastown ? the former is more of a bar/ nightclub and the latter for more intimate Guinness drinking.
Rose & Crown ? if you must visit a British style bar, popular with expats and working visa people like I was.
