This hotel is great if you want to be handy for all the local shops,
It is located in the center of town, which can make it noisy depending on which side of the hotel your room is.
The hotel itself had 180 rooms, every room has a balcony which either overlooks the swimming pool, or the street.
When i stayed at this hotel in September 05 we had a room which overlooked the pool, and it was very quiet.
On entering the hotel you will notice that it has recently been renovated,
it has seperate areas within the reception area, you can sit in the large reception area and have a drink at the bar,
or go into the large entertainment area, which has various artists performing on an evening,
there is also a small area that is used when you want to read a paper or use the telephone,
there is a reasonable sized restaurant area, which serves buffet style food, and the waitresses ask if you want wine, then bring it to your table,
the food itself is very good, there are many choices of starters, maincourses and sweets,
it is a no smoking hotel, which is unfortunate if you smoke, but you are allowed to smoke outside in the designated area near the pool, which has tables and chairs set up,
the staff in the hotel are very polite, and always say good morning, if you have any problems they are quick to help,
as the hotel has a central location close to the town centre, it is very handy for the shops and the hippy market, and most of the restaurants and bars are within walking distance,
But the only downside to this from my view is that my favourite bar is close to the beach, and at least a good 5 mins walk away, which isn't too bad when your walking during the day when its very hot and sunny, but when it rains, it really rains,( but we were there in september ) and got soaked trying to get back to the hotel,
also the hotel is close to the marina, which has a few bars and a few restaurants, most of which i have been in as i spend most of my holidays in Ibiza,
Santa Eulalia is the quiet side of Ibiza, where most of the locals live, as we were told by our rep Sarah, who lives in Ibiza she would prefer to be in Santa Eulalia than San Antonio, as the prices are much cheaper,
It costs more for everything on the lively side of the island where the nightclubs are as not many of the locals live there, so when you go to Santa Eulalia you realise just how much more laid back, quiet, and cheap the resort is,
I bought a pair of Rayban sunglasses when i was there in september and they only cost 99 euroes, which turned out to be £60, so it really is much cheaper.
But getting back to the hotel, of the hotels i have stayed at whilst in Ibiza i would say it is a very nice, clean hotel, with lovely staff, but would have to say that ,as it is a new hotel it will improve with time,
