"Eilean a' Cheň - The Misty Isle" is one place that everyone should visit. Skye is absolutly stunning! It has the most amazing scenery and the people are amongst the friendliest I have ever met.
It really is Scotland in minature, for a small island it is amazing how many different things there are to see and do. We went for Hogmany and stayed in a beautiful thatched cottage, it was just perfect.
From the capital Portree to the beautiful Cullin mountain range there is a new discovery around every corner. From otter sanctuary's to ferry trips, from hill climbing to wildlife spotting there is something for all the family.
We took our 11 year old son and even he was not bored (and you know what that age can be like, if it isnt electronic they dont want to know).

I love Skye! Sorry for the low rating but there is just so much more to say! Even if you just pick a few highlights it would help someone learn a bit more about Skye. You need to give your own thoughts too. Hope that helps! Ann
