What can I say? JMC where are you? well this company is it invisable or something? I will explain....
My eldest daughter(laura) and myself had decided on one of thoose cheap package holidays.We found what we thought a bargain, and in a sense it was except for the tour company.
The holiday arrangemets started off ok,all was well with the tickets arriving and the coach to the airport.From then on though it was no go for jmc...
jmc firstly could not be found at the luton airport. we had been told to collect our tickets from the jmc desk reception as it was a cheap last minute booking.After numerous tanoys and only half a hour to our flight, we were getting very worried that we were not going to get this holiday.We began to think of where we could get any information on what was going on.
Next door to the jmc office was airtours rep, she was most helpful and understanding and assisted in finding our rep (even though different company). Our ref finally arrived, She just very slowly and casually turned up at the desk, and all she said was oh they put the wrong time on my rota, not my problem, no appology.She then proceeded to take the details which she seemed to have problems at first locating them. We eventually received them. with only 15 mins to gio to uss being able to book in.
After rushing across the airport to get our flight.We were limited to what was left with the seating.All went well on the flight arrived on time and safe, but on the coach I was put at the back with my daughter and children. We are both hard of hearing and this was explained to the rep before hand.The rep on the coach was reluctant to repeat things again to us on leaving the coach even though we could not understand any of the chatter briefing. We were however handed a card with a date for the arrival meeting with our hotel rep.
The following day: arrived on time for meeting. No rep to be found.After hanging around and wasting at least 2 hours we were told by another companies re that we had wrong times on our card. Our rep never turned up on this day but we might be able to catch him about 5 days later in this hotel.
We finnished up speaking to a German rep from another company, with broken English, but most helpful. He suggested that we book our own sightseeing trips from an office along the sea front.After freshing up and grabbling a bite to eat.With two very irritated children we headed towards the seafront,in hope of finding out anything. Armed with no knowledge of area or help we plodded on in hope of finding out where we could visit,best places etc.The german rep ... unfortunatly his company could not take our bookings although he did kindly phone his office o see if it could.
Our rep we found arriving 6 days later!!!! And that was by chance!! He did say sorry, bu asour holiday was coming to a close he was not of much help only to say he could sell us tickets for the jmc show that nigh if we would like to go to it. As we had nothing planned tat evening we went. This turned up to be a very basic panto.Nothing special and I felt a bit of a con although we did have free wine/soft drinks and popcorn and crisps,which we made the most of and th children did enjoy i asthe reps did fuss around them.
All I can say is judge this yourself. We found in our opinion that jmc was very mixed up with the arrangements and we are now unsure of booking again with them.

Sorry to hear of your experiences Linda - l had the opposite - l found them to be fine - although we were simply flying with them not their guest at the resort too!
