well, myself and four others booked a holiday in Turkey with JMC (all inclusive in a four star hotel).

I was the only person who did not finish up with food poisoning ... and before you ask, no we didn't eat outside of the hotel (well not until after we'd realised how shocking the food was and everybody already had food poisoning!)

The hotel was quite simply dangerous! Unsanitary, hazards everywhere, air conditioning didn't work (and it was 100 degrees!), staff were incredibly rude and unhelpful. And what did the JMC reps do? NOTHING! That's right, not a thing. They were thoroughly aware of all the problems but did nothing whatsoever to assist. We requested that we were moved to a hotel and ... no!

When we returned to England we complained (as we did during the holiday) and ... nothing!

So we sued them ... and won! They accepted the poor standard of the hotel, accomodation, the misrepresentation of certain trips (a night of Turkish dancing and music [for which we had to pay extra], where the Russian band played Cliff Richard songs - go figure!)

Were we disappointed? ... YES!
Did we feel ripped off? ....... YES!
Was the standard of JMC good enough? .... NO!

Will we travel with them again? ..... NO!!!!!

PS: Was staying at the Tusan Beach Resort in Kusadasi, Turkey.

Oh, and it transpired, that JMC were fully aware of the problems with the hotel before we travelled. One of our party heard about a girl suffering some sort of alcohol poisoning after drinking fake vodka at the hotel - JMC denied it! JMC also denied before we went that there were any problems with the hotel AT ALL! - how wrong they were!
