...The Chalet Suisse restaurant at C11-Jalan Ampang Utama1/1 specialises in traditional Swiss cuisine and has already made its mark on the gastronomic scence in KualaLumpur,winning several awards. The place is open for lunch from 11 am to 3 pm (Monday to Friday) and open for dinner from 6 pm to 11.30 pm (Monday to Sunday).
The restaurant is very warm and homely with the decor of a Swiss chalet being paramount. There are pinewood walls and a host of antiques including the famous Swiss cuckoo clock. The service is attentive,efficient and the waiters clearly have been well trained. Although they are Malaysians they are all dressed up in Swiss costumes.
