Get climbing!

Advantages: Fun and different
Disadvantages: Not suitable for all people to partake in

...the falls that are at the end of the river which eventually leads right into the ocean at the bottom on the beach. The fall section is quite mild really and not a huge falls. There are plenty of rocks near to the surface and no part of it is too deep which is what makes it ideal for climbing. Review of Dunn's River Falls, Ocho Rios

Advantages: Warm clear waters
Disadvantages: jet lag when you return home

...of my recent trip to Jamaica was the diving. We were staying in just outside Ocho Rios, and prior to arrival, I had contacted Resort Divers by email to arrange some dives. The shop is based in the Island Plaza in Ocho Rios, and the dive centre itself is based in the Shaw Park Hotel. We booked a package of 10 dives for a reasonable $25 a dive. Mo bay

Advantages: Clean, Tidy

Rafting and relaxing on the Martha Brae

Advantages: great experience,very peaceful
Disadvantages: only lasts 50 mins -an hour...so journey time can be a lot compared to attraction
