Gorgeous Hotel, cant go wrong if your booked up!
Advantages: everything is perfect! Disadvantages: A bit far out to Ocho Rios town centre
Last year myself and husband travelled to this hotel, which had only recently been opened and had the most amazing honeymoon!
On arrival to the hotel reception area is massive but still welcoming, and check in to the hotel was quick and easy which is what we needed after the long flight from the UK.
Once we got up to the room, we were really happy, lovely seaview huge balcony ( double the size of soe of the others) and a king size bed which could ... ...you also have a restocked fridge everyday and 4 spirits on Optics which are replaced when empty, Vodka, Gin and appleton rum i think.
The restaurants and food are out of this world, the breakfasts were huge with everything from full english cooked breakfast, to freshly made omlettes, pancakes, cereals and large selection of cold meats cheeses and fruits. They also make Fresh Juices every morning with fresh fruit - gorgeous. Lunch is again huge selection ...

Fabulous holiday!!
Advantages: Great for families Disadvantages: Long haul travel and quite expensive
My family went on holiday to Jamaica and stayed here. 2 adults and 2 children. We had a fabulous time! The Hotel was great - our room was very spacious with 2 double beds, ensuite bathroom and tv. We had a balcony and the most gorgeous sea view on the 7th floor OUSTANDING!!!!! We were on an all inclusive stay so all the food was free. It was amazing. There were several different places to eat within the Hotel all but 2 were very relaxed bar/grill ... ...which during a 2 week all inclusive you get to eat in twice (once each). The food and service in these restaurants is excellent!!! There were 4 waiters to every table and no sooner had you taken a sip out of your drink - it was refilled.
The staff were wonderful and very friendly. They went out of their way to help you and make sure you had all you needed. Every evening there were activites and entertainment in the Hotel. Everything from Manager's ...

wedded bliss!
Advantages: relaxing accommodation Disadvantages: nothing
Well after a ten hour flight we were glad to land. We where then directed to the couples lounge at Montego Bay airport. We were offered a drink and where able to relax in the comfy sofas whilst waiting for the other guests. We were then shown to the couples resort bus, which was smaller and looked more comfortable than the others. The ride took about an 1 ½ hours to the resort. I must say on approaching the hotel I was surprised at how grubby the ... ...were given a glass of bubbly and escorted to our room. Our room was nice, as although it was away from the sea, it was very peaceful and was close to the beauty rooms. The beauty room was in the middle of the blocks, with a small peaceful garden and pond area. We did request a beach room as it was a wedding/honeymoon however in hindsight we were glad we didn?t have a beach room as it always seemed busy, and a bit noisy.
The room was a good size ...

Beaches Negril
8th August- 21st August 2007
When deciding where to go on our first family holiday abroad, it didn't take us long to decide upon Beaches Negril. Our son had been born 9 months after our trip to Sandals in Jamaica and we thought that this would be the perfect place to take our little Sandals baby! So, we went forward and booked our holiday to Beaches Negril for 2 adults and a 15 month old baby!
~Booking~
We have been to Sandals ... ...for her quick response.
Beaches uses the Sesame Street characters for the basis of their children's programmes. Part of this is a Sesame Street Breakfast that is held 2 times a week, Sunday and Wednesday. It is not included in the All Inclusive experience. It cost approximately £6 per adult and £8 per child. This can be booked online before you leave and it is suggested you do so because there is a limited number that is allowed at each breakfast. ...

Great place for Jamaican art, lovely waterfront and good food
Advantages: Quiet, relaxing and beautiful artwork Disadvantages: It takes a little work to find the spot, knowing the right exit to Rio Bueno.
...by accident. I took the Rio Bueno exit at Braco off the main highway from Montego Bay to see this historic town and ended up popping into the place Gallery Joe James to see the art work. I was astounded of the beauty of the paintings done by the owner and artist Joe James and the breath taking view of the waterfront as we sat and conversed about the history of the area or cold red stripes. It soon became late and I decided to stay over and was more ... ...the views of the sea from my balcony. Joe and his wife Joyce along with their staff made me feel like family as they made every effort to make me feel at home. The Jamaican breakfast of ackee and saltfish with fried dumplings and fresh fruit bring me back fond memories of my visit. i am really looking forward to returning with my family soon. ...
