We have just returned from a James villa in the Costa Blanca and I would thoroughly recomend a villa holiday to anyone. We have always wanted to go to a villa with a private pool but thought the price would be prohibitive, however we came across James Villas on the internet and have just returned from a fab value for money holiday. James Villas are based in the UK and rent privately owned villas in Spain, Portugal and Italy. The viaal sleep from 2- 14 people ( the one we stayed in had 6 bedrooms sleeping up to 12). The villa was listed on the special offers section of the home page, a provisional booking is made on the internet then a member of staff phones you back to confirm and answer any queries. The cost of the villa was £799 for 1 week but this was a last minute booking and it would normally cost double this for high season and from £400 low season . The cost is for the accomodation and travel costs are on top of this.The staff were friendly and helpful, they can book flights and car hire for you, however we booked our own flights through a budget airline. The villa was clean, well furnished and very safe for children. It was very well equiped (washing machine, dish washer and BBQ), 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms a real home from home The children aged 6-16years loved the freedom of having their own pool. A rep calls on the 1st day of your holiday to check everything is ok and is only a call away if you need her. We are hooked and have already booked another villa for October and are planning to book one for next summer.
