We have just returned from our second JV holiday this year (Lanzarote in January), to Pollensa in Majorca. This was, again, a great holiday at a very reasonable price at around £1100 for everything including villa, flights and car hire.
Once again, we found booking to be easy and painless, via the website, which has pictures of the villas and they can be searched according to time and place as well as price. The confirmation phone call was efficiently done and the only thing we didn't take was the insurance, which we get for half the price elsewhere.
The flights were with Excel Airways and were a little cramped, as these flights always are, but still not too bad. I was a little perturbed by the car hire firm not having an office in the airport (everything was done from seats in the arrivals lounge) but everything went smoothly and the car, a Fiat Punto with aircon, was very nice and easy to drive.
The villa was in a nice, quiet area between Pollensa and Port de Pollensa, with spacious grounds and a nice pool. The only quibble was the fact that the hall and upstairs bedrrom lights did not work, and as we arrived late at night this was a little inconvenient. We reported this to the rep, who visited on the Monday, and she said she would get the maintenance people to sort it out. We never saw the maintenance people the rest of the week. This was a very small glitch that di not spoil the holiday but it seems silly to fall down on something that was easily put right like this.
Overall a good value holiday and we will definitely be travelling with them again, hopefully soon.

I'm probably being stupid but I can't see how to edit the review.
There were just the two of us but the villa had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The flights were £170 each, so for four people it would have been around £1440 all-in (villa was Llobera if you want to look it up on the web site). Car hire was £169 for 5-door hatch with a/c.
It was our first trip to Majorca. I never fancied it because I thought it was too touristy, big hotels etc. However, it is quite a large island and Pollensa is at the North end of the island, which is quieter and very picturesque, with the Tramontana mountains surrounding the town. The North-West coast is spectacular but the road is almost sickeningly twisty and hilly (not the road from the airport - it is very straight and dual-carriageway for most of the way). Port Pollensa is nearby and is quite touristy but it had a good atmosphere for us middle-aged folk - not rowdy or too noisy - mainly family folk with children and grandparents etc. Lots of restaurants - great place to go in the evening. My review may have given the impression that it was crowded but it wasn't really - just in comparison to Lanzarote in the winter.
