A week in Quinta Dos Reis, Portugal.

Advantages Well organised travel, beautiful place, well maintained, good value.
Disadvantages I was not impressed with Olhao...and had my car clamped there!!
Following months of British gloom our trip to Estoi, Portugal was a real tonic! Quinta Dos Reis is a beautifully kept, secluded villa, set in the countryside and surrounded by olive and orange trees. The facilities are comprehensive all in good order and excellent condition.
The owner was extremely obliging when we needed him to be but, otherwise, completely unobtrusive.
The situation is very convenient, although secluded, it is only 5 minutes drive away from the charming village of Estoi, within 15 minutes drive of Faro, similarly 15minutes from Olhao and 50 minutes from the beautiful town/beaches of Tavira.
We did visit these places but spent much of our time relaxing in the garden of the villa alongside the pool! I am sure there are many more interesting places within striking distance of Quinta Dos Reis.
Overall, a very well organised holiday in a beautiful place. Our third successful holiday with James villas....and we're going back next week on a last minute booking!!
