--- Check-in and Boarding --- The staff is wonderfully polite. The check-in agent looked at me and asked me if I would like a seat next to the emergency exit since it would provide me with better leg room. I pounced on that idea and thanked her very much for her thoughtfulness.

--- Aircraft --- A B747-300 with some 500 seats reminded me that Japanese are rarely as tall as me and that was why the lovely girl at the check-in counter asked me if I would like a seat next to the emergency exit...
As though the lenghth restriction wasn't enough, the width (pitch) was awfully narrow too...
Anyhow, the lovely stewardess smiling wonderfully to me right accross me in her jumpseat helped me forget it.
We had to wait for little while since the pilot only said after all that announcements made in Japanese : "technicar probrem wait prease". Another 15 minutes : "stir technicar probrem wait more prease"
So we took off after a 40 minute wait in our seats.
--- Food --- I always have come to like Japanese food. What they served on board was astonishing. It took only 2 hours from Narita to Seoul but these girls managed to serve refreshments with cold snacks, hot meaRs and coffee.
I especially loved that pack with mixed nuts, crackers and roasted peas. Well the concept of eating with chopsticks on a turbulent ride was somewhat difficult to digest but I managed.
The Sencha was exactly what I love. Warm, wonderful aroma and tang.
--- Arrival --- I came to see that there was actually staff of JAL at Incheon - Seoul to welcome the passengers and assist them around. Maybe that was because the airport was all too new and they had to do it. Perhaps they don't do it anymore. I think so because I never saw them do it on the return to Narita.
--- Conclusion --- I strongly recommend you fly these guys. They are awesome...
