i am a resident channel islander and hence rely upon jersey european to get to and from the mainland. from the age of 8, i travelled weekly to school and in doing so used jersey european. one of the first things that struck me about the airline was their friendliness and willingness to help a petrified young boy who had never flown before. furthermore, the ease with which they dealt with any problems was phenomenol and their care goes beyond their line of duty. once i was stuck in gatwick fogbound and jersey european airways put me up for the night at the hotel where the crew was staying. jersey european offers an unmatched service to and from the channel islands and i would suggest that anyone who visits the islands should fly with them

I flew with British Midland when I went to the Channel islands but my partner flew (for his first time of flying) with JEA from Birmingham to Edinburgh for a business meeting and he was VERY impressed with the service.
