I am a 40 Year old single guy who has a busy lifestyle and love to cramm in as much as I can so to do that I have to be careful how I spend my money so the opinions here really help.

I am a frequent flyer with British European and have to say that their service is improving all the time. I have flown from my native Belfast to Bristol, London Gatwick, London Stansted, London City and the Isle Of Man with them. The aircraft they fly especially the BAE146 jets are superb, really quiet smooth and with four engines a feeling of safety only usually found on intercontinental flights.In Economy class you get a drink and a biscuit or peanuts for all flights of around an hour, if longer you get a sandwhich and a drink. In business class you get a full meal and wine, however I have found that the Business class fares are really not justified especially to Stansted as there are no Business lounge facilities and have been happier flying economy. The staff are very helpful and friendly.I have never had a major problem except when a flight was cancelled due to a technical fault and I was offered flights to Gatwick as opposed to Stansted with a coach to Stansted. The whole time taken was unacceptable as this involved at least 50 miles of the M25 to get there, it would not have mattered if I were just flying to London however I was actually going to Cambridge so my arrival there was at least 5 hours later than expected and took me into the early hours of the following morning.I complained and their Customer relations were very helpful and compensated me for the trouble. You only know how good a company is when it goes wrong so I can say they are a Good Company. I will fly with them again.
