The first thing about jet2 is the ease of the internet booking service. I found it very easy to organise our short break to prague around when i could get the most reasonable flights. I did book many weeks in advance but thought the price of £70 return very reasonable. As for check in our flight was at 7.25am with several jet2 flights going around same time, all jet2 flights used same check in but found it very quick and painless. As for the flight itself leg room was pretty much the same as most charter flights, not great but ok for such a short flight. In flight food was limited to snacks and sandwiches which were £3, a bit overpriced as were tea and coffee at £1.50 each. The stewardesses were pleasant enough and efficent. Punctionality was excellent on time going and ten minutes early coming back. although leeds/bradford is now much busier it is a much more pleasant experience than the likes of manchester, baggage retrieval is very quick, car parking is expensive at £25 minimum in long stay and is not under cover so we got a dowsing when we arrived, good old british weather. But overall a very good experience much better than going with tour operators and much cheaper too.

Advantages: Can get you anywhere in the world, train station attached Disadvantages: Long queues, rude staff causing delays, long wait for bags, not much shopping
