As relentless "easyJetters", the ability to fly budget from (our local airport) Manchester rather than Liverpool is very welcome.
We flew to Valencia for just £31 return! Check-in was extremely quick and efficient. The flight was delayed an hour, however, we were told this upon check-in which made it much less of an inconvenience.
The planes themselves we found more comfortable than other budget airlines. Seating is by allocation rather than survival of the fittest!
Food and drink was more reasonable than the competition and, for my fellow beer lovers, Stella is available rather than the usual Heineken or Kronenbourg!
Staff very friendly and efficient.
Delayed again coming back, however, once more we were made aware upon check-in. Our boarding gate was also right next to the bar which allowed us to relax without worrying about being late boarding.
Will certainly fly again.

Welcome to Ciao and you are off to a good start. I have never flown them. However, my in-laws have and they were happy with the flights. Have a read of some reviews that have been written by "older" ciaoers to get some ideas on how to get higher ratings. If you need any help, let me know. Good luck!
