We have flown with jet2 for the past few years. It's a good airline with excellent customer service. The only problem I have faced with Jet2 is the non refundable bit, because in this day and age things change and if you have to book eight months in advance to get a seat at a good price and plans change you are stuck, either wasting your money or coughing up more on £30 flight changes, also you have to use the same destination. I found this quite bad that when you change your flights if its more they charge you the excess but less they just keep it.
I am flying again with Jet2 at Christmas and the April so fingers crossed all should be ok and it will be another pleasant time with Jet2 and have a merry Christmas.

Ciao! I've not used this airline, but then, I don't know where they go, either, or what they charge~ I would like to know more about routes, destinations, excess baggages fees and allowances. You also have not discussed what youmean in your summary about Customer Service ~ I would be interested in knowing more about problems you have had and how they were (or weren't) resolved. Speaking about additional costs and flight-change losses ~~~ years ago I used charter flights and advance-payment-excursion flights ~~~ If you had to change the flight you lost you had paid for that portion ~~~ and one has ALWAYS had to pay any excess fees on top ~~~ that
