Recently travelled with jet2 and booked at least 6 months in hand during which time they changed their baggage allowance BUT never advised me of this. Thus thinking our baggage was well within the allowance we set off only to find that with their new allowance I was over weight and had to pay an excess charge. Letters to their "customer service" and the big boss Philip Meeson were a waste of time, they addressed the points raised. Definitley not customer orientated. Would rather pay more for a flight than use Jet2 ever again.

Advantages: Can get you anywhere in the world, train station attached Disadvantages: Long queues, rude staff causing delays, long wait for bags, not much shopping
