I was travelling from Kathmandu to New Delhi on Jet Airways. I had booked economy class. The Indian food in the plane was quite good. However, I could not enjoy it at all because it was a very exhausting task for me getting on the plane. The flight was delayed and I had to stay an extra night in Kathmandu. At the hotel in Kathmandu I was left unclear about my further travelling for a long time, and I had to endure many discussions. The Jet Airways staff was always friendly and seemingly obliging but without making pressure nothing at all happened. Another problem was that the Jet Airways manager responsible for Delhi was in Bangkok and his cellphone turned off. After this experience I can not recommend travelling with Jet Airways.

Sorry for the low rating, but I think that your Review needs a lot more information and detail to justify a higher rating. Don’t worry about the low rating most people get low ratings at first, its’ just a case of getting to know what to include.
